Provision for closet, wash basin and shower
Purpose of using hot and cold water for sanitation
Toilet drainage piping:
- Floor finishing level and position marking on the wall
- Laying 110mm Dia soil and 75mm Dia waste drainage pipe to the shaft from toilet with fixing two traps in drainage pipeline and one in soil pipe or else depend upon closet models
- Supports to straight and hold the pipe at sunken area
- 40mm wall cutting and groove cutting on drywall by the machines for wash basin waste piping
- Cutting, jointing, fixing with levelling and supporting of 40mm Dia waste pipe to conceal in the groove of the wall
- Water fill and flow testing
- Shaft vertical drainage and air vent pipe with cowl, and the supports to straight and hold
- Laying of 110mm Dia pipe with gully trap to the nearest inspection chamber
- Connecting shaft vertical of 75mm Dia pipe to the nearest gully trap chamber
Toilet water supply piping:
- Wall groove marking, cutting and groove cutting on drywall by the machines
- Cutting, jointing, fixing with levelling and supporting of 20mm Dia pipe to conceal in the groove of the wall
- Geyser inlet and outlet piping
- Water pressure testing at 7kg/cm2 of the concealed pipe before finishing
- Shaft vertical water supply pipe connection with a valve to the toilet
